Dover Dinosaur Day - 9 August 2023
Two huge dinosaurs are visiting Dover on Wednesday 9 August 2023.- a giant Stegosaurus and a T-Rex. They will be bringing some other dino friends with them.
Join us in Pencester Gardens, Dover for a free day of family fun from 10am to 3pm.
Fun starts in Pencester Gardens at 10am
- How to train your dinosaur shows: 11am, 1.15pm and 2.30pm
- Dino walkabout: 12.15pm
- Make dinosaur footprints and paint a giant 2-D dinosaur with Dover Smart Project
- Excavate Fossils with the White Cliffs Countryside Partnership
- Create a dragon or dinosaur gargoyle inspired by the creatures of Dover’s Maison Dieu
- At Dover Museum we will be hosting a family day 10am-4pm where you can make a dinosaur hat or mask and younger children can colour in dinosaur posters.

- Buses: The closest bus stops are Pencester Road, Castle Street, Taswell Street and Priory Street.
