brief was adopted by the Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance to the
Dover District Local Plan on 23rd July 2003.

the design principles contained within this brief. This consultation provides
you with the opportunity to comment upon and influence these principles.
There will be a further opportunity to comment upon detailed matters when
