National Non-Domestic Rates
National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR), also known as Business Rates
is the Government's tax on business properties. Business Rates
collected by the Council are paid into a central pool maintained by
the Government. This money is then redistributed to local
authorities on the basis of their population.
Credits on Business Rates Accounts
In response to a high demand for information under the Freedom
of Information regarding credits on Business Rates Accounts, the
council will publish the following report. This will be updated
quarterly.
This report details accounts in the Dover area that have
credits on their accounts. Only details of Limited Companies,
Public Limited and Government departments are included. Names of
sole traders and private individuals will not be published.
