White Cliffs Business Park Phase Two
The Council has received a planning
application for the District's premier employment site, White
Cliffs Business Park from MUSE Developments. If
successful this £100 million pound scheme would allow a major turn
key development to open up and service the remaining 28 hectares of
phase two providing 1,800 jobs. Priority Sites have stated a
commitment to speculatively build up to 45,000 sq ft of starter
units.
