BASIS Big Lottery Fund Project

This project, which provided a full-time Community Network Officer and part-time Compact Support Officer closed on 31 December 2011.

Community Network

CASE Kent will continuing supporting the Dover District Voluntary and Community Sector Network and the good work that has been happening in the district over the past 3-years of the BASIS Big Lottery Fund project.

The overriding aim of the Dover District Voluntary and Community Sector Network is community empowerment. Efforts by public bodies to involve and engage with local organisations are often hampered by the lack of a network to coordinate the “voice” of the disparate, and diverse, organisations working across the Dover district.

Join and make your voice heard

Please see the Dover District Voluntary and Community Sector Network page for more information about the network.
