Neighbourhood Forum Meeting Dates
Meetings are usually held in a different venue for each meeting,
our aim is to reach to as many communities as possible.
The Forums are open to all residents (no matter where in
the District you live) and there is no need to book - just turn
up.

Future meeting dates
The planned April and May 2010 meeting dates for the Dover
District Neighbourhood Forums will no longer go ahead.
Future meeting dates for the Dover District Neighbourhood Forums
cannot be confirmed at this time due to the uncertainty over the
date for the General Election. Following publication of a
Notice of Election, there are restrictions on the role and
identification of councillors in Council publicity in the period
leading up to the election (approximately six weeks). The general
rule is that, once the notice has been published, Members will
neither be named nor quoted in corporate communications and
Neighbourhood Forum meetings will be postponed until after the
election.
The next meetings of the Deal & Walmer Neighbourhood
Forum and the Sandwich Area Neighbourhood
Forum are expected to be in June 2010. Details to be
confirmed as soon as possible.
