The Coalfields Regeneration Trust is an independent grant-making organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in Britain’s coalfield communities and helping former mining communities take their place at the forefront of neighbourhood regeneration.
The 'Bridging the Gap' is a grant scheme run by the Coalfields Regeneration Trust. Dover District Council is a partner in delivering this scheme.
Bridging the Gap is a small grant scheme run by the Coalfields Regeneration Trust. The programme offers grants from £500 to £10,000 to voluntary and community groups for projects that can be completed within 12 months. A group can have one grant in any 12 month period and each application must be for a different activity. The application process is simple and we aim to get a decision within 12 weeks of receiving a completed application.
