As Community Development Officer for Aylesham my role is to support the regeneration and redevelopment programme to coordinate ideas within the partnership of the District and Parish Councils, together with the appointed developers and local groups to assist in the promotion of activities, services and assets for the benefit of the community.

Una Mills/Kirsty Holroyd- Regeneration Officer (Small Projects)
I administer the Bridging the Gap small projects fund on behalf of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust. This fund aims to assist local Community and Voluntary groups in regenerating their communities. I also identify further funding opportunities for groups and assist in developing bids to other local and national funders such as trusts and foundations, government funding and the National Lottery funds.

Yvonne Holder - Youth Officer
As the Council's Youth Officer it is my reponsibility to initiate, co-ordinate and implement the Council's and inter-agency youth projects. In this role I develop and manage the Dover District Youth Forum with the help of Kent County Council Youth Service.
I also act as the Council's professional adviser and advocate on youth issues and policy.

Norman Blackford - Home Safety Equipment Loan Co-ordinator
My job is to work with the Health Visitors, Sure Start and Social Services to supply Safety Equipment to households with children up to 4 years old within the DELTA wards of the Dover District area and also keep records of all referrals and equipment that has been loaned out.
