Adding your details

Register

Please register your organisation. You can choose your own username and password and add your organisation details. For non-profit making organisations an entry will be made for you in the community directory and your own page will be created. Once you have entered your details our administrator will activate your account and a confirmation email will be sent to you (if you supplied an email address).

Logon to add your details

When your account has been activated you can Logon using your username and password. Simply read down the page to check whether you would like to add or amend any details and then clik on the 'Add Event' button. You will be asked to add a title and details of your event and then select start and end dates from a calendar. Your organisation contact details will automatically be supplied on the event listing so you don't need to add them each time. The listing will also be immediate so you don't have to wait for an administrator to check your entry. You can also add your vacancy details in the same way as the events by clicking on the 'Add vacancy' button.

Details are already in the directory

If your organisation details are already in the directory but you don't have a username or password please send an email to Jayne Miles

One-off events

If you have a one-off event and you don't want to register your organisation please use our one-off event form. These events are moderated so are not displayed immediately. Only events with contact details entered into the 'event details' box will be accepted.
