Dover District Community Safety Partnership Structure

Dover District Community Safety Partnership Structure

The above chart illustrates the overall structure of the Partnership and identifies the sub groups taking ownership of various aspects of the Partnership Plan.

The Community Safety Partnership (CSP), chaired by the Chief Executive of Dover District Council decides the specific priorities for each sub-group based on the six monthly assessments of community safety issues across the district.

The sub groups then report on their progress to the CSP.

The Delivery Group is responsible for monitoring progress and overall delivery of the Partnership Plan as well as ensuring sufficient support and resources for the sub-groups. They meet every six weeks.
