Residents of Dover District who are aged 60 or over or who have certain types of disability can claim a bus pass that provides free, off peak, local bus travel throughout England. As an alternative Dover District Council offers some residents of the district travel vouchers, which can be used to pay for taxi fares.
All customers applying for a travel concession must have lived or intend to live in this district for a period of not less than 6 months.
