Corporate Plan - Introduction
At Dover District Council we recognise our district is on the
brink of transformational regeneration that will affect every
resident and visitor. Our top priority, working with partners, is
to regenerate our district in a sustainable way that gives our
residents a world-class future. Releasing our district’s potential
will need to be built on innovative service delivery so that we
continue to strive for excellence.
This Plan is outward looking and sums up our vision and
ambitions and will drive our internal service plans. Progress will
be reported in our Annual Plan and service specific targets will be
set in our Chief Executive Organisational Targets document. Our
Corporate Plan identifies how we will work to further improve your
quality of life, whether as a resident, someone who works in the
district or as a visitor. To achieve our vision, we will work hard
