Shepway District Council.
We are building a new HR service in-house at Shepway District
Council and are looking for two experienced, high achieving HR
Business Partners with the enthusiasm, drive and ambition to work
as part of a HR team capable of being one of the best in the
country. We want to build the service so that it supports the
Council in achieving its business objectives and equips staff to
lead, manage and embrace new ways of working. The role is going to
be challenging but that is what makes it exciting. We are looking
for Business Partners to make sure we get people management right
first time, every time. The right candidates will also take
ownership of a particular specialism resolving complex issues and
developing others within the team. The ability to work both
strategically and operationally is essential which is why the
successful candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified with
demonstrable generalist HR experience.
