£17,862-£21,642 (37 hours per week)
Shepway District Council
We are building a new HR service in-house at Shepway
District Council and are looking for experienced HR Officers with
the enthusiasm, drive and ambition to work as part of a HR team
capable of being one of the best in the country. These roles are
going to be challenging but that is what will make it exciting. We
want to design and develop the transactional part of the service so
that it supports the Council in achieving its business objectives
and equips staff to lead, manage and embrace new ways of working.
If you have previous HR experience, particularly in designing and
implementing new processes whilst providing HR advice to all levels
of the business, we want to hear from you. Successful candidates
will ideally already be CPP qualified, however demonstrable
previous HR experience is essential.
