Performance Monitoring The council monitors its performance against a range of performance indicators including National Indicators, Local Performance Indicators and Best Value Performance Indicators.
Targets are set locally.
Performance Indicators are incorporated within Service Plans for each area and these link into the
organisation's Corporate Plan.
