Four Year Measured Term Contract For Response Maintenance and
Void Works To Council Owned Dwellings And Housing Related
Assets
1st July 2011 to 31st March 2015
Contractors will be required to provide
information in accordance with the Council’s Pre-qualification
Questionnaire, which is available to all Contractors responding to
this advertisement. Failure to submit all information as requested
may invalidate the application.
The successful contractors will be required to
enter into a 4 year TPC 2005 contract for term partnering with
provision for a possible 10 years extension in two 5 years
lots.
Contractors previously on Select Tender lists
should also apply if they wish to be considered for the above
contract.
Details of applicants will be held on computer
and registered in accordance with current Data Protection
Legislation.
In accordance with the Public Works Contract
Regulations 1991, a Restrictive Procedure Contract Notice has been
dispatched for publication in the Official Journal of The European
Communities and applications should be submitted in English on or
before 15th October 2010 to the Procurement
