council owned land.

As a guideline, on 6ft York bench the maximum number of
letter are as follows:
- ¾ inch lettering - 1 line of 76 letters or 2 lines totalling
152 letters
- 1 inch lettering - 1 line of 70 letters or 2 lines
totalling 140 letters
- 1 ½ inch lettering - 1 line of 37 letters
- 2 inch lettering - 1 line of 30 letters
