Citizens' Panel

What is a Citizens' Panel?

The Panel is a randomly selected and representational number of residents who are asked throughout the year to complete surveys and occasionally attend consultation meetings. These forums are used to ask the residents how they feel about specific issues and to discuss how things could be improved. The results are considered by the relevant departments and, where appropriate, changes or improvements are made.

Currently we have 700 residents on the Panel, and are actively recruiting new members.

If you are interested in joining the panel please follow the link below to an online application form, or telephone customer services who will send you an application.

Thank you to everyone who is currently working with us on the Panel.
