A warm welcome has been given to seafront improvements in Deal, which were officially launched with key partners this summer. The scheme includes an outdoor multi-use performance area and environmental works around Beach Street, with the potential to promote cafè culture. The work was funded by DDC, with support from East Kent Partnership and Deal Town Council.
The scheme complements exciting work on the new look pier-end cafè-bar, which is due to begin later this autumn.
