Kent County Council took the decision earlier this year to remove plastic recycling banks. At the present time Dover District Council is unable to include the collection of plastic in the black box scheme. However, from next year DDC will have a new waste contract for recycling collections and we are looking to include plastic with our existing collection of paper, tins and glass.
