The Enjoy England programme is run by Visit Britain to promote world-class customer service.
It brings a range of benefits, including access to national and international marketing and a training programme.
VICs must be at a key location, meet strict criteria, and demonstrate a commitment to staff excellence and the promotion of England, and demonstrate effective use of public funds to benefit the local visitor economy.
