Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy

Dover District Council is required under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to produce a Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy. The document discusses the way Dover District Council approaches the topic of contaminated land in terms of its statutory obligations.

The document was initially published in 2001, but is regularly revised to ensure that it is relevant to current guidance/legislation. The strategy was last revised in October 2007.
