Alternatively, you can contact the Kent Racial Incident Reporting Line on 0800 138 1624 . The Racial Incident Reporting Line (RIRL) is a 24 hour free phone line service that deals with and records non-urgent reports of racial incidents in the Kent area. The line provides a sensitive and discretionary service for all its customers. Furthermore, customers have the option of nine different languages (French, Czech, Polish, Turkish, Mandarin, Bengali, Urdu, Hindu and Farsi) to choose from. This initiative is a multi agency commitment to address racial harassment.
If you feel that you have been the victim of a homophobic incident, you can call 0800 328 9162. Dover Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (DCDRP) in partnership with others across East Kent, has established this free 24-hour helpline for victims of homophobic and hate crimes. The line is manned by trained operators based in Folkestone who are able to offer advice and support to callers.
All calls to any of the above telephone lines will be treated with sensitivity and discretion.

The Community Safety Unit is staffed from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside these hours, a message can be left and a member of the Unit will return your call when the office is next open.
