Food Alerts

Food Alerts are the Food Standards Agency's way of letting local authorities and consumers know about problems associated with food and, in some cases, provide details of specific action to be taken.

They are often issued in conjunction with a product withdrawal or recall by a manufacturer, retailer or distributor.

The most recent Food Alerts are listed below or at www.food.gov.uk/enforcement/alerts/

Food alert details can also be sent direct to your mobile phone. To get this free service, simply send the text message 'FSA' from your mobile to 07866 428260 or you can register for updates by e mail.
