The Council is responsible for keeping all its tenants' homes in
good condition.
- Mutual Exchange Scheme
Existing tenants of councils and housing associations have a right
to exchange homes with other council and housing association
tenants.

decisions about housing policies; housing conditions; and housing

The Tenants Guide aims to give information on the Housing support
and services we provide for you. The guide also gives other useful
information such as telephone contact numbers and practical tips to
help keep your home in good condition.
- Anti Social Behaviour Policy
All Social Landlords are required to publish their policies on Anti
Social Behaviour.

Tenants newsletters
- Domestic Violence
We have zero tolerance of domestic violence and have devised
formal domestic violence operating guidelines for front line staff
to follow to assist victims of violence within the Council's
housing stock.
- Right to Buy
Tenants of Council dwellings may qualify to buy their house under
the terms of the Housing Act of 1985.
