Rent Surgeries
This is a service for DDC tenants only where they can come and
see one of the Council’s Rent Officers to discuss any
queries/concerns they may have about their rent account.
Whilst it is a drop-in service, appointments
are also made so there may be times when you have to wait.
The surgeries are usually held in:
- Deal - on the first
Wednesday of every month between 9.30am to 11.30am at
Deal library
- Dover - on the second Thursday of every month
between 9.30am and 12.30 pm at the Whitfield offices
