Dover Leisure Centre
Dover Leisure Centre is a multi-sport leisure centre with a 25m
pool, a teaching pool, 8 court sports hall, squash courts, exercise
studio, health & fitness club and sauna/steam suite. The centre
offers a wide range of activities including; Swim School Programme,
numerous exercise classes, a children’s Crèche and a Sports Café
Bar. There is a range of membership packages available, or you can
simply pay as you go.

Tides Leisure Centre
Tides Leisure
Centre is a multi-sport leisure centre. The swimming pool proves to
be very popular with families, with its beach style pool, wave
machine, slides and jaccuzi pools. The centre also offers a 4 court
sports hall, health & fitness club, sauna/steam suite, outdoor
tennis courts and Terrace Café. There is a range of membership
packages available, or you can simply pay as you go.

John Myers Sports Hall
The John Myers Sports Hall is part of Walmer Science College and
was named in memory of the popular PE Teacher John Myers. The hall
is a modern indoor facility used for sports such as badminton,
table tennis, football, basketball and open to public in the
evenings and at weekends.

Walmer Paddling Pool
This
traditional paddling pool is situated on Walmer Green looking at
over the beach and lawns. This pool has qualified lifeguards,
changing facilities, deck chairs for hire and a refreshment kiosk
serving hot and cold snacks all day. Next to the pool is a putting
green and crazy golf course, a play area with large children's
games and a bouncy castle. The pool is open from May to September
each year and entry is FREE of charge.

Sandwich Sport & Leisure Centre
Sandwich Sport & Leisure Centre offers a range of
facilities, including a ‘Club Wellness’ fitness suite with cardio
theatre, 4-court sports hall, aerobics/activities studio, squash
courts, tennis courts, a brand new artifical turf pitch and a
fantastic crèche facility.

Fowlmead Country Park
Fowlmead
Country Park is situated in-between Deal and Sandwich and offers a
day out in the fresh air for all the family. This former coalfield
site has been transformed into both a nature reserve and a
leisure/sporting venue. The park offers a range of activities
including; bird watching, country walks, cross-country running and
cycling. Bikes can be hired and used on either the purpose built 3
mile tarmac track or on the surrounding leisure tracks. There is
also a BMX circuit and single-track trails for mountain bikers. The
site is home to numerous sporting weekly/monthly sporting events
and clubs, and well as a site for ‘Healthy Walking Groups’.

depending on daylight hours and events.
Castle Community College Artifical Turf Pitch (ATP)
Castle Community College offers an outstanding all-weather
training pitch suitable for both football and rugby. The pitch can
be hired for both training and matches on weekday evenings and
weekends (term time) and throughout school holidays. Additional
facilities include changing, coaching rooms and gymnasium.

Deal Pier
The
pier is over 50years and 2008 saw a newly renovated cafe open to
the public. The pier is well used for fishing (day & night) and
offers spectatular views of the East Kent coastline.
