Whatever event you are planning, large or small, Dover District
Council can offer support and advice. The Events Management Group
at Dover District Council is comprised of representatives from all
departments involved in the staging of events and a representative
from the local Police. The Group discuss both internally and
externally organised events and from these meetings have compiled a
booklet, which is designed to offer
practical help and guidance, providing an initial source of advice,
information and checklists.

licences or raise public safety issues.We may also be able to
assist with publicising your event in local listings.This form has
