What Must the Order Contain?

An order under this section may provide that it is to apply:

• every day or only on particular days (for example, particular days of the week or year),
• in relation to the whole or part of a licensing authority’s area, or
• for a limited or unlimited period.

An order under this section must specify:

• the days in relation to which it is to apply,
• the area in relation to which it is to apply,
• if it is to apply for a limited period, that period, and
• the date from which it is to apply.

An order under this section must be in the prescribed form, and have the prescribed content.
