Gambling - Adult Gaming Centres

Persons operating an Adult Gaming Centre must have a Gaming Machines General Operating Licence issued by the Gambling Commission and Premises Licence from the Licensing Authority.

They will be able to make available up to 4 Category B machines and an unlimited number of Category C and D machines.

No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to enter an Adult Gaming Centre.

Licensing Authorities must have particular regard to the location of and entry to Adult Gaming Centres to minimise the opportunity for children to gain access.

Conditions may be attached to a Premises Licence in order to promote the licensing objectives.
