To run a hairdressing business you may need to register with
your local authority and comply with local health and safety
rules.
You may be required to have a copy of the certificate of
registration and copies of the byelaws of your local authority
displayed in your premises.

application is granted if you have not heard from the local
authority by the end of the target completion period

first contact is made with the trader by you - preferably in the
form a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked, if
