Dover District Local Plan Review

Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)

In order to establish what is happening now in the District and what may happen in the future, monitoring is an essential component of the LDF process. The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, requires the District Council to submit an Annual Monitoring Report to the Secretary of State containing information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme and the extent to which the policies set out in the Local Development Documents have been achieved. The report can also be used to propose changes to the Local Development Scheme. A copy of the AMR can be downloaded by clicking on the following link.
