The South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) has appointed architects to carry out a master planning process on the proposed options for a redevelopment of the former Gasworks site opposite Sandown Primary school.
They have worked in conjunction with a range of partners including Dover District Council’s Internal Projects team and the North Deal Community Partnership (NDCP) to develop design concepts for the development of a community centre together with a mix of residential development on the site.
