We have been made aware that there appears to be a text message scam advising people they have an outstanding Penalty Charge Notice. These are not legitimate text messages from Dover District Council and customers are advised that Dover District Council do not use text messages to alert customers to outstanding Penalty Charge Notices. We will only ever write or email you regarding a Penalty Charge Notice.
