Important
From 6 July 2009 the Kent and Medway Structure Plan will
be redundant and so will not be taken into account. When
preparing applications, prospective applicants and their
professional agents should continue to refer to the saved policies
of the Dover District Local Plan but should also make reference to
relevant policies of the
South East Plan which is now part of the Development
Plan.
Regard should also be had to the District Council's Local Development Framework Preferred Options Core
Strategy which may carry some weight.
