Members' Planning Code of Good Practice
This Planning Code of Good Practice has been adopted by the
Council as a public guide to the conduct of all the District's
Councillors and staff who come into contact with the planning
process.
It has been approved by the Council’s Governance Committee and
Standards Committee and it was adopted by the Council on 22 October
2008.
The Monitoring Officer has been given delegated authority to
make minor changes to the Members'
Planning Code of Good Practice following its adoption by
Council.
