However, registering a general interest does not constitute a request to be considered for a particular, or any, supply of goods, service or works that the council may be considering or seeking. Indeed, particular activities may not arise for sometime or at all. It would always be the responsibility of the supplier to contact the council direct if responding to a tender advertisement for example.
