1st April 2009 to 31st March 2015
Applications are invited from suitably experienced contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion in the District Council’s Select List of Tenderers for measured term contract for the repair of a response nature to Council owned properties or land within the District of Dover District Council. It is anticipated that the works will commence on site on 1 April 2009.
Contractors will be required to provide information to allow checks to be made on their financial stability, safety policy and technical competence. Further details of the information required will be sent to contractors responding to this advertisement. Failure to submit all information may invalidate the application.
The successful contractors will be required to enter into a 6 year JCT Measured Term Contract with provision for a possible 5 year extension.
Contractors previously on Select Tender lists should also apply if they wish to be considered for the above contract.
Details of applicants will be held on computer and registered in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation.
