Civil and Structural Engineering Works

Engineering works are undertaken by the Property Services Division within the Council’s parks and open spaces, cemeteries, closed churchyards and recycling sites.

Property Services provide support for the Council’s recreation and tourism services. Smaller engineering projects covered include CCTV, fencing work, sewerage and drainage works, construction and maintenance of play areas and car parks.

The team also provide structural engineering advice to the Council by checking Building Control applications for example.
