The Property Services Division was established to bring together with Council's property management responsibilities within a single team. The Division provides a wide range of services and includes architecture, building surveying, engineering, valuation, facilities management, purchasing and amenity horticulture professional staff within the team. The Division will shortly take over responsibility for waste management services as part of a widening of its role with regard to the management of the Council's procurement process.
