The Property Services Division is responsible to the Housing Management Division for the handling of all reactive maintenance repairs concerning the Council's housing stock. Requests are handled by the Property Maintenance staff and undertaken according to priority by the Council's Contractors. Area Maintenance Surveyors supervise the work of the contractor and have a key role to play as the first point of contact between the tenants and the Council.
