Community Led Housing
We are keen to ensure that any communities who are interested in building new affordable housing for local people in their area have the knowledge and support they need to make their plans a reality.
Community-led housing is a way for communities to play an active role in solving the housing needs of their local area. Community-led housing can take many forms and is flexible to suit the requirements of a range of different scenarios and circumstances. Communities can lead a project or work in partnership with the Council or a property developer.
