  • Technical Professional
    • At least five years experience in a relevant Senior/Middle Management Position.
  • Knowledge
    • Comprehensive knowledge of local government and political processes and the leadership skills to ensure all aspects of the Directorate are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Qualifications
    • Qualified to Degree Level or equivalent (desirable). Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable or compulsory if required by statute). Relevant Management qualification (desirable).
