Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination
We are aware of the current lack of clear information with regards the vaccine roll-out in the Dover district, and the apparent delay. Dover District Council Councillors have been working hard to try and provide some clarity on this national issue. We have written to, and been in contact with, the relevant departments, both locally and nationally, to try and aid communication and offer suitable locations around the district as vaccination sites.
We appreciate the concerns of many of our elderly and vulnerable residents, that travelling from one side of the district to the other for a vaccination is both, impractical for some, and associated with risks for those who have been shielding since March last year.
We will keep our website updated with any information as we receive it.

The decennial census is almost upon us.Households across Dover will soon be asked to take part in the nationwide survey of housing and the population. It has been carried out every decade since 1801, with the exception of 1941.
