This is an important stage in the production of a master-planned approach to the conservation management of Dover Western Heights, which is one of England’s most challenging heritage assets.
The report helps us to understand the Dover Western Heights, how it developed and what makes it the highly important heritage site that it is, for Dover, nationally and internationally. It also identifies problems and risks to the importance of the site, and makes recommendations on how we can ensure that the Dover Western Heights is preserved or enhanced now and for future generations
