Interested Parties
A person is an interested party in relation to an application for the grant or variation of a premises licence if they:
- live sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities
- has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities
- represents persons who satisfy either of the above.
Any representations made must have a bearing on the promotion of the licensing objectives.
