Event Planning: Noise
Many outdoor events, particularly those held during the summer, include noisy activities. These may include music, fireworks, public announcements and generators. Most events like this are occasional, but when events occur regularly at the same site, noise can be annoying to local residents. Those that organise events need to consider noise disturbance when they plan an event. Our Environmental Protection Team at DDC is happy to offer advice and answer your questions.
