Public Contracts Regulations Act 2015 – Regulation 113
By law we must pay valid and undisputed invoices within 30 days. Suppliers can claim statutory interest for any undisputed payments made more than 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
Regulation 113(7) of the PCR2015 has been replaced under the Procurement Act 2023 with the 'Payments Compliance Notice (UK17)' which is available on the Central Digital Platform, therefore this page will no longer be updated as of 1 April 2026.
