Phone and online payment service issues

We are currently experiencing issues with some telephone and online payment services. In some cases, customers may be told their payment has been declined when it has been successful.

Please check with your bank to confirm whether the payment has been taken from your account before trying again. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
