Your bin collection service

Your normal refuse and recycling is collected once every fortnight, between 7am and 4pm, on alternate weeks.

Your food waste is collected every week, but in a separate vehicle so it might be collected at a different time.

Manage your bins or report an issue

You can manage your waste services online, which allows you to:

• order a new bin
• report a missed collection
• report an issue (ie waste spillage, damaged bin, missing bin)

Where should I put my bins on collection day?

Make sure your bins are put out no later than 7am on the day of collection. Collection times may vary but this will help make sure we collect your bin.

Our crews are unable to enter your property to collect the containers. Make sure they are placed at the boundary of your property at the nearest point to the road.

Unfortunately, if you forget to put your bin out, you'll have to wait until the next scheduled collection date for our crews to empty it.

Assisted bin collection service

Assisted collections can be arranged where there is nobody at a property able to take the bins to the normal collection point.

This may be due to

• physical inability
• illness
• disability
• injury

You can sign up to our residents portal and apply for a temporary or permanent assisted collection.
